This 15-storey office tower has undergone a modern redevelopment, including high-end fit-outs for ground-floor tenant Dior, Cliftons on Level Four, and Tower Insurance across multiple floors. Building services enhancements focused on the Podium, featuring an upgraded main entry, a stylish new café, and a redesigned lounge and lobby on Level One.
A standout feature of the redevelopment is the façade, wrapped in RGB LED lighting concealed within etched glass portal columns. These dynamic lights can change color to suit client preferences or special events, while the hidden lighting concept extends throughout the interior, creating a sophisticated urban atmosphere.
S&T’s work on the project earned the Award of Merit at the NZ Property Industry Awards, as well as the Award for Excellence from both the IESANZ and the Royal Astronomical Society of New Zealand (RASNZ) for its innovative lighting design.
