The multi-phase development at ESR’s Mount Albert campus included a new forensic services complex and a refurbished three-story facility, integrating advanced labs for forensic science, analytical chemistry, and public health research. Designed for safety and precision, both buildings feature specialized containment environments. The new facility boasts a durable curved metal roof and a 750m² interior optimized for natural light and functionality. A high-strength bridge links the buildings, ensuring secure movement. As a premier research hub, the center houses forensic services, analytical labs, and public health research, supporting New Zealand’s scientific advancements.
