S&T Engineering, in collaboration with Respond-Architects, restored and remediated an iconic brick structure, addressing weathertightness, durability, and structural integrity while preserving its heritage. The Main Block underwent major structural repairs and an interior transformation, introducing Innovative Learning Environments (ILEs) with open-plan layouts and flexible breakout spaces. Sustainability measures included solar control glazing, natural ventilation, and an upgraded boiler system for energy efficiency. The School Hall was also strengthened and refurbished, with a new tiered outdoor seating area enhancing its functionality for assemblies and events.
